Photographer #016: Dave Hill

Dave Hill, 1979, USA, is a photographer that uses all the new possibilities of computer enhancements. His photographs are often build out of uncountable photographs all put together to finally make one image. He composes everything, which must mean that he is extremely organized when doing a shoot. He lives in LA, and his images have a very hollywood feel to them.

Besides these larger than life images, he does black and white portraiture. Check the behind the scenes section on his website to see how Dave makes his photographs.

i love this concept for a blog.
it's a shame actually, that i was in rotterdam last week, and had no idea four eyes existed. i would have visited for sure.
i look forward to following the project. cheers!

Love these pictures, you really are an artist. I can usually see how any photo was done, but not with yours. That is some amazing Photoshop work.

thanks for demystifying "behind the scenes" video of your fantasy 'attack of the watergun girls' photo - and lovely stylized photos

You should try and include links to these photographers on Twitter. Then we could all connect a little better. Another suggestion might be to actually have the links on here hyperlinked to the actual website. It would save a lot of copying and pasting.

Awesome project!
Can't wait to see more!
